Very good. Only thing is had to go back again because they didnt have the part. A little inconvenient. Tyre replaced which was a bit more than local garage for exact same tyre. But the ongoing relationship is excellent.

Service costs are high enough but being advised to have more work done than my cars mileage suggests it really needed made the experience feel like an opportunity for the service team to try to make as much out of me as possible!

Terrible first impression. Transporter parked in the entrance on arrival making it very difficult to access the car park, then no parking spaces, had to park my car in the roadway, then a 15 minute wait before I was served.
Very friendly and professional service staff. All queries dealt with immediately and corrected, call back given before pick up time agreed. Happy customer.

I have been a faithful customer for many years at this centre and I can honestly say the service experience at Rybrook Wolverhampton is second to none! Kelly Price & Lydia Seabridge were superb and its always nice to see my salesman Tom while there!

The issue was dealt with professionally and efficiently! However, they nearly missed a crucial piece of information! If it wasnt for Lydia Seabridges attention to detail the issue would never have been resolved!
All agreed items completed at pre-agreed prices and good communication achieved.
Cars been back in 2/3 times as they changed one caliper at a time. Would have preferred it if they change both calipers/bads/discs all in one go and I wouldn't have had the inconvenience of taking back and forth.

Loan car was dirty and no fuel at all, when I mentioned this to the service advisor on my return to dealership he dismissed it and gave me some lame excuse and no offer of a refund of fuel, I wasn't happy with his attitude.

The servicing staff are super polite and knowledgeable the whole experience feels as high end as you'd hope for a BMW.
I was in and out of the store within 25 mins and given all the details of my service and obtained a loan car also, to allow me to carry on with my normal day.

Had a fault that wasn't easy to diagnose I was kept up to date by service at all times and also had courtesy car
Lydia on the service desk was very good and kept me informed and answered any questions. Even when the left wiper blade was removed/stolen whilst the care was in the car park it was replaced immediately before i left.

Kelly offered me a discount for the service when I visited in July but still upheld the offer when I returned in December to book the car in which was good to see.
