Everything was done and explained what had been done
The car was booked in for a Service and MOT, I received no notification that any parts needed to be replaced and was then informed upon the collection that a tyre actually needed replacing. This is not the service I expect from yourselves.
On this one occasion only I had to wait much longer than expected but we read the papers and enjoyed the lovely coffee!
I arranged to collect the vehicle on Saturday 28th September. I waited 1 hour 5 minutes for the keys to be handed back.
Good job , ps plus cleaned my car.

My front r/hand (Drivers) seat position moved and not returned to original position.
Kelly and Lisa was brilliant, After paying the £427 for check and service you should feel that this has been done to a high standard not wondering if its been done at all. 50% refund should be offered minimum.
Two particular issues that arose, which will be documented with the garage. However, Lydia Seabrook who I have dealt with previously was fantastic and resolved everything that she could and took ownership throughout.
Attention was given to detail
Rybrook resolved my issue very quickly however i was dissapointed with the cost of fixing the issue as it wasn't something that i had broken. The issue was regarding my car media system,it kept rebooting itself. The cause was due to DAB signals.
The car wasn't clean when returned...prints on the exterior and interior of car.
Drop off service was OK but i have used the service drop off at the new BMW at Tamworth which is more slicker Was disappointed with the service when i picked up the car, staff seemed Disinterested More than likely use BMW Tamworth for future :-(
I wasn't happy with the service advisor who dealt with me initially. Usually, this branch and others have excellent customer service however, this individual did not. They did not reply to emails, or feel welcoming at all.
Everything done first time and done well
I had confidence in the information given to me and the explanations provided in addition. The whole experience was fitted into my day which is to me a sign that the customer comes first at BMW in Wolverhampton. You even re-connected my blue tooth.

Mot and warranty inspection complete foc and in good time.
The service advisor was completely inexperienced/incompetent and couldn't find my registration first of all. Very aspect of the service handover was incorrect and so had to correct the advisor at every stage.

My car came in re a fault that Rybrook were supposed to have rectified earlier this year - clearly this was not done properly!
On both occasions the car has been booked in we asked for a dent repair quote. First occasion this was not done, apology given. Second occasion promised multiple times this would be done, advised waiting for quote to be emailed, again never received.
I finished work at half 5 that day and rang up the dealership to see what was happening with my car. I was informed no work had been carried out, I needed my car the next day for work. (Please see next text box as character limit reached).
The car was returned without being cleaned. The wait time in the reception area was excessive. The car was not located in the parking bay advised.

As I said the lady that dealt with me had a poor attitude and provided poor customer service. This was to the point that I had to ring Rybrook a day after and asked to speak to another member of your staff in order to have my questions answered.
Lydia supported me and continued to push the technicians for a diagnosis as they couldn't recognise the fault I had described. Lydia's persistence sure enough paid off and I ended up having a new exhaust system and DSC sensor!

I booked my car in because of a service warning that I needed brake pads yet, had to wait 7 weeks before a courtesy car was available.
Car was cleaned and work carried out to a good level
Not good at all , what I can say that this dealership is way behind the Shrewsbury one the staff there are fantastic. Shame really when your local one is so poor
Well I think this is fair because the main problem was not picked up in the first place when I told them about the noise from my car.
The booking in etc was fine but the technical side was disgusting

My car was quickly processed and I was shown to the hospitality area to wait and offered coffee or alternatives.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received there. I purchased the vehicle around May and since then I have been having issues with the repairs and no follow up communication. the car has been in a few times.

Vehicle came in for safety recall Work was completed over a 2 day period, no detail as to what was replaced, on the car.
Service could have been better, the salesman was not aware of the customer he was dealing with. Having a disability no additional car features was given or suggested and was not stated who not come with the car I.e parking sensors and camera.

Was not offered a curtesy car, found out when I collected the car after the services that I could of had one (I live 10 miles away) and had to arrange lifts! I was also offered a valet to which I collected the car and it more of a mess than when drop
As specified in above answer to point 1, no diagnosis provided and was asked to leave car for minimum additional four hours with no diagnosed promise.
Yes you did the warranty work but I asked for the air conditioning be looked at as I felt it wasn't very cold. There was no communication if this was done and as I have access to a machine, I checked myself to find it was 175 grams too low

The big thing for me was I did not have to spend hours in BMW whilst purchasing my new car. I have experienced other premium brand dealers and I spent half a day in there. BMW sales process and Tom Hawthorne are way above anything I have experienced.
