Good customer service
Car was booked for service and rear bumper replacement but no courtesy car was available. However, bumper parts had not been ordered, so had to re-book. Also, I'd paid for service plan when I bought the car, but this was not known on the system.
Although we had to visit every day over a 5 day period we were treated extremely well and were completely satisfied with the service and outcome

Had to go back and forth to the garage twice to drop my car but in the end, ended up taking it home and some one came and picked it up. A lot of time was wasted.

They fixed the fault while I waited
My car was booked in for an MoT while I waited, but there had been a mix-up on the computer. The problem was easily resolved, but I was slightly annoyed having driven 700 miles the day before to be punctual for this appointment.
I believe it was Lucy I dealt with on 28/09 and she was very helpful and professional.
Despite the confusion the work had been carried out to a good standard.

The car went in under warranty to have the badly rusted wheel hubs cleaned up and painted. This was done but the surrounding other parts which are also rusty and clearly visible were not treated as I assumed they would be.
My BMW was due a recall and i was not informed until 12.00 midday after i had dropped my vehicle off, the recall prevented me picking my car back up that day as the recall part was not in stock, i had not made arrangements to be without my car
I asked for my car to be valued and it wasn't. I asked about a display problem to be looked at and it wasn't looked at until I picked my car up and checked that I found it hadn't been looked at.
We are greeted by several ladies on the reception desk. All happy to help. Lydia Seabridge noticed we were at the reception desk and immediately came over and offered her assistance. Our visit was two fold both of which Lydia ably assisted.

Evacuated twice while I was there trying ti collect car due to fire slarm fault. I accept this was unfortunate but it took way too long for the service desk staff to return to their desks/work after the event was over.

Booking car in took an hour which resulted in me being late for work. The advisor was surly and didn't seem interested in my problems. Upon receiving the car back I was told if I wanted my washers fixed 'properly' it would cost me £148!
Although service department was short staffed ( one person unable to get into work) leaving only one person to book vehicles in, the handover before and after was efficient. I even received a call when the work was completed.
Seems to take a number of visits to solve a problem - unfortunately still have issues.

Having dropped my car off the night before my Service was due and picking up at 17.30 the next day and paying £600 I was very disappointed to find that the vehicle had not been valeted, I will be considering using another dealership in future
I was allocated a 9am "Fastlane" service which was supposed to take 90mins. I eventually left at approximately 11.55am with updated finish times missed and no apology. The work was completed.
Job was done on time and my car was washed and cleaned from the inside as well.

My car went in for an oil leak and headlights that 'wobble' over certain type of bumps and mist up in wet weather. Since I've had the car back, I still have an oil leak and headlights that wobble. Not checked headlights in wet weather.
Provision of free taxi to station after delivering car for service. Provision of loan car when warranty work could not be completed immediately and delivery of my car back to my home. Excellent car wash and valeting.
My car was given back to my initially with the fault supposedly repaired but as soon as the car was started the error message was still there

Following the service the dashboard lights still told me the car needed a service so I had to return to get the light reminder reset. This was a basic omission that caused inconvenience. Quality assurance didn't work!
Lydia Seabridge a real credit to the business. Workshop staff completely reliant on computer diagnostics and have no attention to detail. Including fitting my mirror wonkey, and failing to complete the job correctly on numerous occasions!

The work that had to be done was completed in a professional way my only grumble is that when I picked the car up in the front headrest was lying on the backseat and the radio totally all over the place do not know how they drove it like this

Jake was very supportive and patient and explain everything without being typical sales person. I had to wait for my car up to 10 days but they knew my old car is broken so were doing everything possible to make it happened sooner.
