From understanding why we wanted a new vehicle (due to a new family addition) to working within our budget and helping via video calls during difficult times due to covid, the process was seamless and easy to understand.
Jake was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and was able to explain everything easily to me without being a pushy salesman (a real skill!) He called when he said he would and did what he said he would do, sounds simple but not always the case!
