So very professional and the attention to detail is amazing. The lady on the reception remembered my name when I went to collect the car. They also ordered my taxi home and paid for it. This level of care makes you feel very special.

1 , Called to say car was ready wasnt! then car was returned to me dirtier than when brought in for service. 2, on one occassion a CD had been removed from the car! 3) The last occasion a boot print was left on the back seat of my X5!!!

The staff are always friendly but during the service it was asked about an issue with the front wheel/brake system that was not fixed correctly on a special previous visit. Today I found the vehicle still seems to have the same issue.
