Quite surprised at having to pay for my own taxi home after dropping off the car. First time I've ever had to do that despite having had multiple minis and BMW's from here over last 8/9 years. Bit cheap considering I'd just spent £400+ on service.
I had to wait about 15mins for a service representative, to which they asked if I was dropping off or collecting a vehicle? I thought this would have been on the system as a prompt upon calling the next customer I.e. collecting?
Your service department from front desk all the way to the technicians are fantastic.
Work carried out was all great and time wise. Only problem was been kept waiting the last 2 times to see a service personnel to collect the car.

Seamless process. Slight improvement would be the knowledge of staff when collected vehicle. Couple of points made by technician on paperwork and when Discussed with adviser wasn't too sure what they were and answers were a little flustered.
I was given the price at Rybrook Wolverhampton for my car service and map update more than what you show on BMW website. I was smart enough to look at the website while at the shop and challenged. Then the advisor price matched it then.
Cost of service was excessive, I was charged £285.47 labour for 1.5 hours, my car was only off the road and in the garage for about 1.5 hours including the wash! (Using vehicle connect app)

Good friendly service especially in the morning. When collecting my car I did get the impression that the advisor thought I should grateful that the had replaced the part for free.

There was a problem with fitting new tyres. I was told that I needed 4 new tyres after 12,000 miles on my first service. There was confusion as to whether the tracking was OK and I was eventually told it was not. Did this cause the tyre wear?

Dealing with After sales was the best and most responsive I've had with Rybrook so far, however: - I was overcharged £45 in error - don't know what you do with them, but every time I get my car back from you I get a "charge key battery" warning

I was hoping third time lucky but no since I had my wheels refurbished there has been a constant problem with tyre pressure needing more air every two weeks by instruction of the on board computer Car booked in again on December this time I hope

Having brought my car to this dealership numerous times to resolve my issues, I have had no success in having my car returned to me with the problem fixed.
Car returned on time, works completed, lovely & clean
Second visit, job now done, I think, but it appears the job could have been done on the first visit, so saving me a lost half day of work

Good customer service staff, other issues address very well, but one issue I asked to be looked at on two different occasions was not addressed at all.
I experienced an issue with the brakes and disc they replaced with, probably I need to go them again to sort braking system
Kelly Price dealt with me. Her initial dealings were first class, l praised her for the professional conduct.However l feel she doesn't get the support from the workshop. The health check showed incorrect information. I am still awaiting a reply!

Rybrook have been very good from the purchase date until know trying to deal with the issue on the car
The issue the car went in with was still there when I got back in the car at the garage, but due to being so late had no choice but to leave.
Service advisor Mohammed was fantastic, car was supposed to be washed and vacuumed. It wasn't. You shouldn't say to customers that vehicle will be vacuumed when it wasn't

Spoke to the technician who was dealing with my car and explained what needs doing with the price of doing it. It was completed at the given time too.
very poor customer service from the service department. despite emailing and calling the service manager Kelly regarding an issue with my vehicle. nearly two weeks later still no response.
Asked for a service price on the wife's M2 Andy my Bluetooth on my M3 still faulty promise a call back to discuss never received one back.

The service team were not aware of the modification needed and recommended by the emergency call-out engineer. BMW customer services had to arrange for the engineer to email details of the mod. Had to wait one hour on collection plus car not washed
The service as usual even when it was Benhams has always been excellent and the service, MOT and winter wheel change was done in one day. A courtesy vehicle was given to me which was really a good help and most appreciated.
1. The work undertaken on my vehicle I could not fault. 2. I asked the service agent to provide me with costs for extra work that my vehicle required but unfortunately no prices were offered. 3. The wash on my vehicle I was very disappointed with.
