The front facing people are very good. But I shouldnt have had issues with oil leaks and tyre pressures.

Very satisfied with the service & The Mini Cooper loaned to me was excellent! However being contacted some 5 hours after collection asking when would I be collecting today? Did leave me thinking... do they not know my car and keys were not on site?

I thought they would clean the car a bit better at the end of the service. It was nice and quick however and I didn't need to wait long

The customer service is personable and first class and regular updates are always provided throughout the deliverable.
Mostly all good but they didnt wash my car as said When I arrived to drop the car and then I couldnt find my car on my way out so was walking in the rain with my daughter car seat trying looking for my car ..

Front passenger seat leaver came back broken. Back seatbelt no longer registering. Was working all fine before service. Phoned to rectify the issue and told it was my problem

Long wait at service desk. When we rang we were not called back as promised.We asked for a mirror to be checked but have no idea if it was actually done. Quote for tyres was promised the next day but 2 weeks later has not arrived.
What was requested was done at the first attempt, no having to book the car in again because something was missing.
After service my car started giving me problems. Don't know what they did to it.
Kelly is extremely dedicated to her job, very polite, very helpful, cares for the customer. An asset to BMW.

Good customer service
Car was booked for service and rear bumper replacement but no courtesy car was available. However, bumper parts had not been ordered, so had to re-book. Also, I'd paid for service plan when I bought the car, but this was not known on the system.
Although we had to visit every day over a 5 day period we were treated extremely well and were completely satisfied with the service and outcome

Had to go back and forth to the garage twice to drop my car but in the end, ended up taking it home and some one came and picked it up. A lot of time was wasted.
Whilst Wolverhampton is not my nearest dealership, they have always offered a personal service that I have not found anywhere else. Whenever I make contact they are always extremely helpful and enthusiastic to resolve anything.
