Took a day longer than originally advised, at hand over i was advised that the system update was specifically targeted at the component that was changed, this was inaccurate. The system was fully reset as personal settings were cleared & TPMS alert

First I was told I have to paid for the spark plugs change as there was no record of them been changed/ replaced when I purchased the car. I had to contact Sytner Solihull myself and have them contacting W'ton to clarify the issue n waive the charge

Service is expensive and a charge to investigate a fault on a vehicle just over 5 years old is terrible as it was obvious the battery for the emergency call system needed replacing. The car wash team did a fantastic job of cleaning and were great!
