Great service from the BMW centre. I dealt with Tom; a very genuine fellow. Two six hour rounds trips; one to choose a car and the second to collect it. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Took a day longer than originally advised, at hand over i was advised that the system update was specifically targeted at the component that was changed, this was inaccurate. The system was fully reset as personal settings were cleared & TPMS alert

First I was told I have to paid for the spark plugs change as there was no record of them been changed/ replaced when I purchased the car. I had to contact Sytner Solihull myself and have them contacting W'ton to clarify the issue n waive the charge

I received great customer service just like I did from the Rybrook days. The change of name from Rybrook to Sytner hasn't taken that away from the staff at the Wolverhampton site even though other Sytner sites can be terrible with their customers.

Was given one price for the work to be undertaken when booking the car in. Was phoned during the day of the service/MOT and quoted another price for the work being done, which was half as much again. I challenged this cost.

Service is expensive and a charge to investigate a fault on a vehicle just over 5 years old is terrible as it was obvious the battery for the emergency call system needed replacing. The car wash team did a fantastic job of cleaning and were great!
